Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show discussing Donnie, Pussy and Jeremy’s trip to Columbus last night. They sold a ton of CDs and had a great time. A lot went on including a make-shift bikini contest, a woman shaved her pie in the bar’s bathroom and a drunk lady kept latching on to Jeremy and Big Pussy’s packages and yelling how she’d “f-bomb Todd and the drop of a hat” repeatedly. Brian Houston came in to do the news and sports for Lisa and Travis. He reintroduced the gnarly-ass story from yesterday about the boy who was raped by the dog. TnT called Brian’s mom again and chatted for a bit. She seemed to backhandedly criticize them but somehow still came off as being pretty cool.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in and did a commentary on women named Bertha. It was very amusing. Larry will check back in when TnT return from vacation.

Earthquake from the Funny Bone came in and hung out with TnT for a majority of the show. TnT spent almost all morning long trying to hook Earthquake up with white, female listeners. A few called in here and there but, for the most part, they didn’t have much luck until the last 20 minutes of the show. Earthquake talked a bit about his development deal as well. He told a few stories and joined in on the topics of the morning but always reverted back to trying to take over the show for his quest of the white woman pie. Later in the show, the gang got into a huge racial discussion with Earthquake. It was spawned by talk about the recent shooting of the unarmed black guy by the police officer. There really isn’t anything to detail about that discussion but I figured I’d make reference to it because it was a good half hour of the show where TnT discussed interesting social issues.

At 9am, Todd and Tyler switched seats and duties. The reason behind the switch was because Tyler had to leave a bit early to catch a flight and Todd didn’t want to put on a Best Of show for the remaining 40 minutes. Instead, he took over the big control chair where Tyler usually sits. Even though they admitted switching spots felt weird, the guys both seemed to enjoy each other’s duties. Tyler seemed to like the phone station because he actually got to see the names of the callers. Todd really dug the sound effect board and working the CD. He also enjoyed having the power over Donnie’s microphone. At 9:20, Tyler left and the show swayed into the Todd and Johnny Galt show, as Donnie turned into Mr. Radio Voice. Todd and Donnie stayed on the air until around a quarter after 10 just having fun with Earthquake, the sound effects and the callers (who seemed like typical Friday callers, they kept hanging up).

Well, TnT are out of town next week so tune in to the Best Of. Catch them back on the air for Lisa’s last day a week from this coming Monday. That’s all for the update. Thanks for watching. Good night. –the Alien Guy-
