Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show discussing second string lovers. TnT’s discussion with Debbie Gibson yesterday and all the talk about second string Huskers prompted them to bring up the topic to their listeners. They wanted to know if anyone in the audience was the 2nd string lover waiting for his/her turn at the #1 spot. When they first brought up the topic, it was early in the show and there wasn’t much response. However, later in the show when they reintroduced it, they received a much better response. Many listeners called in to share their stories about waiting for their lovers to leave their wives/husbands in order to be with them. The stories weren’t very humorous but Todd and Tyler’s comments on them were.

TnT spent a good portion of today’s show trying to do some trained counseling for their listeners. Someone had mentioned last week or early this week that they missed the trained counseling and wished TnT would bring it back. The guys said that they had never quit doing the trained counseling calls, it’s just that no one has been calling in need of their assistance. They decided they’d offer up their services again, taking more of a “we’ll come to you” approach and not waiting for troubled folks to call them. They just flat out asked the screwed up people of Omaha to call’em. They got a pretty large response and helped some of their listeners deal with all sorts of problems.

Along the same lines with the trained counseling and the 2nd string lovers, TnT started discussing mismatched sex drives. They got a few calls from men who said they want it more than their women do but they quickly shut down those calls. They were just too obvious. TnT wanted to find out if there were any women who had higher sex drives than their men. They’ve discussed the topic before but didn’t mind talking about it again as it fit right in with today’s subjects. Well, many women checked in to tell stories about how their husbands and boyfriends wouldn’t give it to them enough. Some of the guys in question spent too much time on the computer or worked too much. Their women just took care of themselves. One lady even said that she and her man had an “open relationship” where she was allowed to screw around on him (and visa-versa) any time she wanted. TnT kept her on the phone for a while trying to get a better understanding of that relationship but I don’t think they ever did. The sharing of the woman concept just doesn’t have a nice ring to it.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning and gave Todd and Tyler a very funny commentary on Monday Night Football. The only specifics that I can remember from Larry’s call was the image of a mentally handicapped person sitting in the ER with dried macaroni super glued to his fingers and Larry’s comment about Asian strippers with fish dip in their ass cracks.

Later in the show, The Untamed Shrews came in studio. The two ladies will be appearing at the Funny Bone this weekend. They came in during Travis’s sports report but the guys had them wait until Trav had finished before bringing them in. They knew that the second the women saw Trav again, they’d pick up right where they left off last time. After Trav finished, the ladies walked in. TnT had to bring up the fact that Travis and his wife hadn’t knocked it out in almost a year. This gave the Shrews plenty of ammo to unleash on Trav and they let him have it. Travis didn’t stay long after the Shrews got there. I don’t really blame him, either. The Shrews talked with TnT about all sorts of topics today. Because most of the discussions prior to their arrival had all had something to do with sex, it wasn’t surprising that the ladies jumped into the sexual discussion. Then again, these two ladies are so horny they’d probably compare vibrator stories at a wake. They were quite fun and seemed to enjoy themselves on the show. By the end of the show, everyone was clear on the differences between a 3-some and a gang-bang and logistics of a reach-around. The topics today were great and the guests were quite funny.
