The show started off today with a story from Todd. After he got home from work yesterday, he walked outside to check the mail. At that time he noticed that his truck was rolling down his driveway on a path for the neighbor’s yard. Todd was able to jump into the truck and stop it before mass destruction occurred. That spawned a conversation about runaway vehicles. TnT took countless calls on the subject throughout the entire show. There were some really funny stories on the subject including tales of cars ending up in lakes, front yards, pulled up next to the cash register of convenient stores and more.

The guys also got onto an odd topic today about the biggest animal you’ve ever killed with your bare hands. Todd created some story about him wrestling a raccoon off of his dog last night and they sort of morphed the story into another topic. Surprisingly, they got a few calls on the subject. One guy told a story about wrestling a dog off of his friend’s penis (yea, no explanation available) and braking its neck. Another caller said he knew of a high school girl practicing cheerleading in her living room. The girl jumped into the air to perform some sort of stunt and ended up monster stomping a cat that had run under her on her way down. It was a very funny story.

Lisa Volinec came in today and told TnT that she received a “hate phone call” yesterday right as she was about to go on the air for the KPTM 9 o’clock news. The person on the line had told the receptionist that she as Lisa’s sister and needed to talk to her. Lisa agreed to take the call thinking that if her sister was calling, it was of importance. When she got to the phone, the voice on the other end was indeed a female but not Lisa’s sister. The girl said she was Joel Mackovica’s girlfriend and wanted to know if Lisa was dating Joel. Lisa explained to her that she was not and that what she’d heard on the TnT show recently were all just jokes. Joel and Lisa are only friends who see each other a few times a year. When TnT heard the story, they started giving Lisa’s prank caller a hard time.

Dwaine Reichert and Derek Richards from the Funny Bone came in studio this morning. They were both quite funny and seemed to enjoy their time on the show. They both seemed to get an absolute kick out of Todd and Tyler and their listeners/callers. The comedians really dug Dodge County Duke’s calls. They sounded physically hurt from the laughter Duke’s calls caused them. It was awesome! An odd occurrence happened later in the show. A man appeared in the station lobby and became quite irate with the Z-92 receptionist over something regarding Todd and Tyler. There is something funky going on because no one is really saying what it was all about. It’s possible that the man is linked to threatening e-mails that TnT have been receiving lately. The man could also be linked to some hateful posts to the message board, publicized letters to the World Herald or even hate phone calls about Todd and Tyler taken on the air during their own show! No one is really saying much on the matter, which leads me to believe there’s something more to the story. Maybe it will be discussed on the air tomorrow. Then again, maybe not. We’ll all have to tune in to see.
