First and foremost, the message board is back to the way it was. You no longer have to wait for your messages to be checked over by the moderator! Maybe now we’ll get some good material from the message board again.

Todd and Tyler started off today’s show talking about the Funny Bone show last night. They all had a good time hanging out with Larry the Cable guy and seemed to be paying for it this morning. Needless to say, TnT were a little hung over. They also spent some time talking about more letters to the editor in the World Herald. There were 2 more letters in the paper today about Todd and Tyler and both of them were supporting the guys. TnT joked about the name of one of the people they’d read a letter from in the paper. His name was Phil Crevasse. You can see how TnT would get a kick out of that. They laughed every time his name was said all morning long.

Omaha Police spokeswoman Meg Fricke joined Todd and Tyler this morning. Meg seemed a little nervous about coming on the TnT show based on their reputations as being radio bad asses but after a while, she seemed to really enjoy herself. She talked to TnT about a variety of topics relating to the Omaha police department and took countless calls from listeners on different serious and no-so-serious topics. Meg was there from the start of the show and hung around until after 8am. There were such a variety of topics covered that I can’t repeat all of them here but TnT did their best to make the interview entertaining.

Larry the Cable Guy came in studio and hung out with Todd and Tyler for a while today. There were many of fart jokes and quite a bit of other Larry-like comedy. Unfortunately, there’s really not a whole lot for me to write about Larry’s appearance today. He came in, he was funny, he had fun and go see him at the Funny Bone this week. That’s it.

Ted Nugent was supposed to call in this morning and talk to TnT for a bit. Ted did not call in so everyone is speculating that a gang of angry elk finally got sick of him. A quote from Todd in regards to the missing Ted: “We’re all unsure of his whereabouts. And the elk aren't talking....”

There was a tremendous number of really bad phone calls this morning through no fault of the hosts or screener. It seems that there were a lot of listeners who were trying to be comedians today and the all failed miserably. There’s really no point to this paragraph other than to tell all of you that you don’t have to be funny and if you think you are, you’re not.
