Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning discussing a variety of topics in the news including legalized TPing, the penis size of fat guys and the thrill of stealing pumpkins. They also discussed a few crimes Dani reported on during her newscast.

TnT spoke with Diana Jordan, who was calling from LAX. Diana’s going to be at the Funny Bone tonight through the weekend. The conversation consisted mainly of Diana name dropping and talking about her Playboy spread from nearly 10 years ago. She also took several potshots at TnT by calling them “DJ’s” and making a few unkind comments about “radio people”. Both Todd and Tyler thought Diana came across as very condescending. I think she came across as arrogant and bitchy.

Larry the Cable guy checked in this morning and gave TnT a commentary based on what it would be like if Larry had taken part in last night’s Presidential debate. It was quite funny, as Larry tends to be. He may check in again on Friday but lately, Larry’s track record for calling has been distorted by the time warp he’s currently on known as “The Blue Collar Tour”.

Dr. Ed came in this morning for the first time in 3 weeks. He spent a couple of hours with TnT answering listener questions and questions presented to him by the hosts. Some of the topics touched on this morning included penis pumps, sperm banks, organ donation, flatulence and orgasmic sneezes. Before Dr. Ed left for the day, he promoted a great benefit taking place on Saturday, October 14th. It’s called Madelyn’s Dream and it is going to help people realize the importance of organ donation. There’s going to be all sorts of volleyball match-ups and such taking place at McCormick’s Volleyball Beach from 9am to 9pm on Saturday, October 14th. Call 559-9566 for information. The guys spent some more time talking about how the university in Lincoln won’t allow any Huskers to talk to them on the air. Through a little research, they found athletic director Bill Burn’s e-mail address. They gave it out over the air in an attempt to get their listeners to write Bill Burn and inform him that they want to hear Huskers on the Todd and Tyler show. The guys asked their listeners to be courteous and kind, hoping that would get them the best results. One listener forwarded an e-mail he had sent to Bill. It was right along the lines of what they wanted all their listeners to do. It was concise and to the point, it didn’t come across as bitchy or hateful and it asked the straightforward question of why Bill won’t allow current players to talk to TnT. Tonight is another Z-92 night at the Funny Bone. As mentioned earlier, Diana Jordan will be headlining the event. Todd and Tyler will also be there even though the Funny Bone answering machine didn’t mention their names. Stop on out. It should be a great show.
