| Wookin Pa Nub ![]() ![]() | TnT Show 11-29-2000 11-29-00 Todd and Tyler started off this mornings show with a little reaction to yesterdays List show. They read a few e-mails and discussed a few omissions from the list. I had posted to the message board last night about the exclusion of the Ramones and when Todd mentioned there was a post from me regarding the list, Tyler assumed I was going to complain about bands that a normal 24-year-old guy would like. He seemed a little surprised to hear that I wanted Ramones representation on the list and, after hearing my post, agreed with me. That was cool. Tyler also talked about the sign he saw at a construction site put up for his viewing by a couple of Vilas Angels after yesterdays show. He said he stopped in to chat with the fellas and they were cool about TnTs comments on that toolguy, Bob Vila. TnT also pointed out, several times, how condescending Bob Vila was when they spoke to him yesterday. Also part of the early morning discussions were some topics in the news. TnT spoke about the high lottery prize and how theyll buy a ticket even though they dont normally just because the prize is so high. Bill Clinton will finally be coming to Nebraska, the only state he hasnt visited while in office yet. The President is going to Kearny to see the arch however, so TnT speculated hed leave the state with a rather pitiful impression of Nebraska. During Danis newscast, she mentioned something about the Boy Scouts. The news story lead into a pretty lengthy discussion about the Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Eagle Scouts, Weeblos and even the female branch offs like the Girl Scouts and Campfire Girls. Everyone recalled their own experiences with scouting and various clubs and commented on how geeky it was to be a part of such organizations. They took a few calls on scouting but moved on. Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning. TnT talked with him about his upcoming visit to Omaha and then asked him about the jazz going down in Florida where Larry lives. Once he got into his commentary, it was basically a speech given as though he was going to be taking control of the Presidency. Tune in later in the week for more from Larry the Cable Guy. Todd and Tyler brought out a Maxim magazine this morning and spent the remainder of the show discussing hot sex scenes from mainstream movies as listed in the magazine. Without going over too many of the selections, they gave the audience just enough examples to show them what types of calls they were looking for. At that point, countless calls came in from listeners who, for the most part, all had great suggestions/guesses. Various scenes from films like Bull Durram, Risky Business, Basic Instinct, 9 ½ Weeks, Quest For Fire and countless others were discussed. There had to have been a hundred movies and sex scenes pointed out as the show went on. The guys also spent time discussing the characters in the films, focusing on the sexy females of course, and played the whats that womans name game several times as the obscure movie calls came in. It was an interesting topic that was amplified by the great suggestions from listeners and TnTs discussion of the films. Thats it for the update today. Check back tomorrow for another one. TnT didnt detail anything about what would be going on during tomorrows show so youll just have to tune in and find out what theyre talking about. Thanks for watching. Good night. Corby-
