Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning discussing last night’s Massacre in Mondamin. The Todd and Tyler Traveling Dodge Ball All Star team took on the West Harrison High School faculty and a few of the students. From the sounds of it, TnT’s team won despite West Harrison’s best attempts at cheating. They took a few calls throughout the show from people who attended the event in which $1500 was raised to benefit the cheerleaders and their goal of obtaining new uniforms. The Mouth phoned TnT and tried to run a little smack at them but he failed miserably, much like his teams pitiful dodge ball playing. TnT phoned Brian Houston’s mom this morning to see if there was any talk about their upcoming dodge ball game in Malvern. Brian’s mom didn’t seem to know much and actually didn’t seem to mind talking to TnT for once.

TnT got a call early in the show from the husband of one of their listeners. He said that she was out in front of the building protesting. The guys wife had called in a few days ago and said that she would protest for the Todd and Tyler show if whacked Bill and his clan of ultra-religious freaks decided to protest against them in front of the radio station. Even though there were no anti-TnT protesters this morning, Karen decided she’d still protest on behalf of Todd and Tyler. The guys brought her in studio and talked with her for a while and found out that she had gotten fired after her boss heard a comment made during one of her calls earlier in the week. The comment was actually made by Tyler not Karen but her boss still thought it would be a good idea to axe her. Karen didn’t seem to mind losing the job though. She must have left shortly after their discussion because I didn’t hear much about her afterwards.

Walt Willy phoned TnT this morning. He was scheduled to be in studio with them but the soap opera he works for was having him film some scenes for a program airing in about 3 weeks. Walt talked with TnT for a little bit and said that he would be at the Funny Bone tonight even though he couldn’t make it in to town in time to do the TnT show. Sean Gnant and Cathleen Dunbar from the Funny Bone made it in studio to hang out with TnT this morning. Sean told a story about how he and another comedian ran out of gas on their way to Omaha. They had to hitchhike to town to get more gas and got a ride back to their stalled truck from a K9 police unit. Sean, a partaker of the herb much like Todd, was paranoid that the police dog would smell stuff on him (even though he claimed to have had none on him at the time). It was a pretty funny story. Actually, Sean seemed to be funnier today than he has been on the show in the past. At least that was Travis’s observation of Sean’s visit today. TnT spoke with yesterday’s Vegas trip winner, Mike Gibilisco. They phoned him for this morning’s coolness test and Mike seemed to pass easily. He said he’s taking his girlfriend who he believed was a Vegas virgin but wasn’t sure. Mike’s last visit to Sin City was about a year and a half ago.

After TnT spoke with yesterday’s Vegas trip winner they played an audio clip from today’s Vegas movie. The clip was a monologue from the movie given by one of TnT’s favorite actresses. I can’t go into further detail about the clip or the actress without giving away today’s movie. I will say, however, that after hearing the audio clip, it was repeated throughout the show in several forms. Erma, Fake Duke, Fake Black Tony and my personal favorite, Corky, all performed the monologue. Even Cathleen Dunbar from the Funny Bone did her version of it in a Milwaukee accent.
