| Wookin Pa Nub ![]() ![]() | TnT show 05-30-2001 Wednesday 5-30-01 Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing the weather. It was rainy this morning and, as I write this, continues to rain. TnT are sick of the weather here and wish the summer would just arrive. If its not too windy, its too rainy. If its not snowing, its 110 degrees and humid. After venting their frustrations they moved on to talking about some things from yesterday. Todd had a court appearance after Tuesdays show, which we can only assume had something to do with his divorce because he really couldnt detail anything. He did, however, talk about some of the strange outfits he saw among the people at the courthouse. He described how one woman wore a Betty Boop t-shirt and cutoff jean shorts while another guy he saw had a t-shirt on that read, BEER. Todd and Tyler both expressed their opinions on what you should and should not wear to the courthouse and agreed that a BEER t-shirt probably isnt the way to go. They spent some time discussing how appearances, especially when it comes to how youre perceived by a judge, are quite important. They took a few calls on the subject but they all seemed to be from drunk people who didnt understand the concept of their discussion. Most of the early morning callers just wanted to tell the guys about silly t-shirts theyve seen. The guys did their best to weed out those calls, though. Larry the Cable Guy is in the area, Wilbur NE to be exact. He spoke to Todd and Tyler this morning about the recent Larry the Cable Guy Day in Pawnee City. He also talked about his upcoming Funny Bone appearances, which begin this evening and go through the weekend. Larry mentioned that at some point in the week, he will be recording one of his Funny Bone shows for a new CD. Hes going to join Todd and Tyler in studio on Friday morning so make sure to tune in. The guys got into a discussion about fatal attractions this morning. The film Fatal Attraction was on television yesterday and talk of how whacked the woman in the movie was sparked todays conversation. Tyler told a few stories about his fatal attraction close calls from his days in Pennsylvania, which dont count here. Donnie talked a little bit about some of the redneck fatal attractions he was familiar with. Todd really couldnt come up with any run-ins with crazy girlfriends because he was married for so long. He also didnt feel like going into any details on the relationship he has with his ex-wife because of that whole court order thing. TnT opened up the phone lines to the fatal attraction discussion and the calls flowed all morning long. There were some amazing tales of stalkers and stalkees involving things like broken glass in the driveway, dead birds being put on sidewalks, dark room break-ins and more. One lady talked about how she was nearly choked to death by an ex-lover. Another woman detailed how she was stalked at work and home by a nut job ex-boyfriend. There were even calls from men who had crazy ex-girlfriend stories. One guy was attacked with a knife by his ex-girlfriend in a club. There were many similarities in the stalking stories and at one point, several women were convinced that theyd dated the same guy they had told Todd and Tyler about. It turns out they were different men in the stories but theyd done pretty much the same crazy types of things. TnT were also informed of a web site celebrating the crazy ex-girlfriend phenomenon called http://www.psychoexgirlfriend.com/ target=blank> http://www.psychoexgirlfriend.com. They downloaded a few voice mail audio clips from the site and played them throughout the show. It was pretty funny, yet quite disturbing. The guys took quite a few calls from home girl hotties this morning. It all started when a lady named Hip Hop Kim phoned the guys to talk about some of the fatal attraction calls they were getting. She was pretty pissed that none of the women who had phoned to tell their stories seemed to see the signs their men provided before turning into stalking freaks. Todd and Tyler got a kick out of Kim and seemed to enjoy the idea of having a home girl hottie dig their show. They opened the phones to any other home girl hotties that wanted to call them and got a surprising response. There were more than a handful of other black women who checked in and all said they, too, love the Todd and Tyler show. The guys, of course, were quite pleased to hear this because everyone knows that most black women find white men in their late 30s (like Todd and Tyler) to be quite geeky. When Attaboy Travis came in, TnT gave him a hard time about his sportscast last night. From what they both saw, Travs sportscast had nothing to do with sports and everything to do with car racing. Lately Trav has been doing a lot of coverage on various local area dirt tracks, he raced a Nascar at the Richard Petty Experience thing in Vegas, hes spending a lot of time on racing web sites and hes at the Arena Sports Bar for nearly every Nascar race. TnT seem convinced that Attaboy Travis has become a complete redneck race fan for the sake of his appearance fee at the Arena Sports Bar. Trav disagreed but didnt put up a very convincing argument. Im sure TnT will continue to get on Attaboys case about his recent neckness so stay tuned. Well, thats about it for the update today. Check back tomorrow for the Thursday version. Thanks for watching. Good night. -Corby-
