Todd and Tyler began this morning’s show by going unscreened until it sucked because Donnie wasn’t there yet. The guys only got through one phone call before Donnie arrived so that ended the bit pretty fast. TnT went on to discuss tonight’s Z-92 night at the Funny Bone where they will be giving out $92 via a specially marked Fat Freddy Meat Snack. Also early in the show the touched on strip clubs, Harleys, Sturgis and what Brian looks like in chaps.

TnT spent some time today discussing power within a relationship. Brian’s wife had him watch some whacked out woman who appeared on yesterday’s Oprah show who controlled every possible aspect of her husband’s life. From there, TnT discussed a variety of different aspects of control couples deal with daily. They talked about who does the grocery shopping, who sets the thermostat, who runs the remote control, who controls sex, who drives the crappier car and many, many similar things. They took lots of calls from listeners who answered TnT’s questions and shared their own additions to the control aspect list. It was a very interesting topic that carried on throughout a majority of the show.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning and delivered a very angry commentary on how Robert Redford bashed Bush for his environmental policy. It was a pretty funny commentary and it was good to hear Larry again, as he hasn’t checked in for a while.

Bee Bee came in studio this morning and performed a couple of tunes for TnT. They will be taking part of the Battle of the Bands on Saturday at the Anchor Inn along with Ox 45, 3D and Snaky Billy. There is a $1 cover charge to get into the Anchor for the event. All of the cash will go to the family of the two kids who perished in the shed fire in Plattsmouth so feel free to give a little more than a dollar to see the show.

TnT spoke with Bobcat Goldwaith this morning. He’s going to be at the Funny Bone next weekend and will be joining TnT in studio the Friday morning before. Bobcat is one of TnT’s favorites because he’s a down-to-earth guy and seemed to have a blast hanging out on the TnT show in the past. This morning, the guys spoke with him about a variety of things. Bobcat told a few Hollywood Squares tales and then TnT asked about his relationship with his bombshell wife-to-be. Many of the relationship control issues talked about earlier in the show were asked of Bobcat by TnT and he answered them all. It was another great Bobcat conversation. Chris “Boom Boom” Johnson phoned TnT from the interstate in Iowa today. He spoke with TnT about his last trip to town and how Colleen had given him his nickname. Chris said he’s even written a new joke or two in the last year and a half. He’ll be appearing at the Funny Bone all weekend and make sure to join TnT at the Bone this evening for another Z-92 night. Travis’s little boy Owen turns two today so everyone celebrate his birthday by taking a big crap under the kitchen table. Happy birthday baby Attaboy.

Tomorrow the Todd and Tyler show will be performing a topless wedding ceremony for listeners Rich and Callie. It should be pretty cool so make sure to tune in. The guys may be announcing another Z Bash 2001 artist tomorrow as well. Don’t miss the show.
