Tuesday 8-28-01

Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show by talking about a couple of pro players who were released yesterday. Scott Frost was dropped from the Jets after not being able to attend training camp after a car accident. TnT’s buddy Junior Bryant was also let go from the 49ers. Brian came in and did the news and wrapped up his newscast with a stellar story about how a British pudding maker isn’t selling pudding because housewives refuse to purchase the product because of it’s strange name, “Spotted Dick pudding”.

The guys rigged a microphone up in the bathroom across the hall from their studio this morning to have a little contest and see which of them could maintain the longest, sustained pee. Throughout the show, when someone had to go, TnT opened up the mike and timed the stream. Donnie had multiple visits to the bathroom, which landed him a best-of-four time of 23.12 seconds. Todd went twice and had a best-of-two time of 40.9 seconds. Tyler only went once for 22.65 seconds but scored extra points for the fart he kicked out as he pinched it off. Brian, with an amazing feat of bladder control, scored an impressive 59 seconds to win this morning’s competition! Congratulations Brian.

TnT spent some time discussing an article in a magazine called Blender. The same people who make Maxim put out the new magazine. Well, the article that TnT discussed this morning listed the 50 sexiest artists in the music industry. TnT read through the entire list of 50 and had conversations about many of the people appearing on the list. Also, the magazine listed some of the most unattractive people in the music industry. TnT carried on about that for a bit as well. I believe Brittany Spears was the top of the list for the sexiest and Lenny from Motorhead was at the top of the list for the unsexiest.

The guys reintroduced a topic that was brought up on yesterday’s show, the Todd and Tyler 3-Some Club. Their idea is to hook up single women who want to be a part of a 3-some with couples who are looking for someone to play with. After talking about it for a bit yesterday, they received a couple of e-mails and photos of ladies willing to participate. The guys also spent a bit more time talking about the dynamics and details of 3-somes before moving on.

Todd and Tyler spoke with Troy State’s head coach Larry Blakeney. They discussed how his college recently moved from a Division 2 school up to the Division 1 status as well as discussing the recruiting troubles Troy State has due to competition for recruits with Auburn and Alabama being so close. The guys talked with Larry a bit about their upcoming game against the Huskers and spent a bit of time talking about the financial compensation Troy State is getting for playing the Huskers in Lincoln. Larry was a pretty cool guy and seemed to enjoy talking with TnT about his career and team.

After last night’s Monday Night Football game, which took place in Mexico City, Todd and Tyler brought in their buddy Jose from the Spanish speaking station down the hallway. They guys asked him many questions and spent some time talking with Jose about American football and it’s impact in Mexico. Jose said that there is a great deal of American football fans south of the boarder and talked about some of the favorite teams Mexicans have here in the States.

To wrap up the show, TnT received a hate e-mail from someone who was mad at them for telling the Troy State head coach Eric Crouch’s weak spots during their interview earlier in the show. TnT didn’t know whether or not the letter was serious because it was kind of ridiculous but assumed it was after discussing it for a bit.
