Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning discussing a variety of things. To begin with, Also early in the program, Gene from the Brass Grille (1207 Harney) came in with a Dan Hill album. The record didnt have the song TnT wanted, though. Instead they hit the net and found an MP3 file. From there, the Z Gees took over and performed a wonderful sing-a-long with Dan Hill moment. It was a beautiful thing, and its all about the sauce. Gene hung out for a while and joined in on the topics of the day, later being made fun of by TnTs comedy guest for wearing pants that went out of style way back in the days of Breakn. The guys spent some time today discussing age. There was an article in the paper about a 108-year-old man, supposedly the oldest Nebraskan alive. The guys were amazed at the age of the man and discussed all of the things he must have seen during his lifetime. Throughout their discussion, the guys kept taking significant moments in history over the last 100 years and then saying the age of the man during the event. For instance, the guy was too old for WWII and had retired by the Korean War. The guys also got a kick out the article mentioning that his two daughters, about 80-years-old, joined the old man during the interview. During their talk of the really old guy, TnT wondered at what age you just give up on living or become bored with life. For the most part, everyone seemed to think that as long as you can get around yourself and are coherent, youd want to live as long as you can. As you can imagine, TnT also brought up the sex angle and asked a variety of questions related to old people banging away. I believe it was at that point that the Would you rather be caught humping an 80-year-old in a nursing home or a sheep in a barn question revealed its sick, twisted, ugly head. When Travis arrived this morning, he had a car full of clothes, was freshly shaven and had showered off the funk. He told TnT that he had a meeting with some consultants for his gig at Channel 3 today. The consultants were going to figure out what colors of clothing he looks best in as well as trying to help Travis determine what make-up would help to cover up his goiter-like neck and make him look more professional. TnT thought that Travis looks just fine on TV but they understand the world of the TV consultant, as did Travis who actually seemed to be looking forward to the professionals opinions on his appearance. During their talk with Attaboy, Trav revealed that the new anchor on Channel 3, TnT spoke with Mark Walburg, the host of Foxs As just mentioned, TnT were joined by Kid (formerly of the 80s rap group Kid & Play). He joined in on the topics of the day and with the exception of occasionally trying to take over the show, easily thwarted by the very talented Todd and Tyler, he played along quite well with TnT and seemed to be genuinely funny. The guys discussed a variety of things relating to his career such as the history of Kid & Play and the Kid hair style, the three House Party movies, all the groupie pie he got back in the day, as well as talking about his acting career and how he got into stand-up comedy. Kid also briefly touched on how Play went church. Interestingly, Kid name-dropped some very cool people to which is friends with, including Bill Maher of Politically Incorrect and a variety of the stars that appeared in his House Party movies. You can catch Kid at the Funny Bone tonight with Billy D. Washington by calling 493-8036. It should be a great show so make sure to get on out to the Funny Bone this weekend! The guys will be joined by Funny Bone comedian Billy D. Washington tomorrow. They are also scheduled to speak with Erin Moriarty of CBSs 48 Hours. You never know what else might come up so make sure to tune in from
