Wednesday 4-10-02

Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing a variety of topics such as how Todd is still a bit messed up due to the recent daylight savings time switch, the creepy shifting priest, some of the celebrities who will be attending Bob Gibson’s August golf tournament, Todd has given up his “Patton” impersonation and focused his attention on mastering his “AFLAC duck”, and the guys talked about a few items from the news. Speaking of the news, Trisha Meuret from Channel 7 came in to cover the news and entertainment reports for Brian. From the sounds of it, she will be doing this for about a week. TnT said that they have sent Brian away for a week to some form of anger management resort so he could mellow out a bit after the tantrum he threw at the Monday night dodge ball game. Brian actually got pissed off at a bad call by the ref and ended up throwing a full water bottle. Whether their given reason for Brian’s absence is actual or not remains to be seen but until we find out, assume Brian’s sitting naked in a pink room filled with pillows listening to the delicate sounds of the ocean lulling him into a state of relaxation. “Owwwwmmmm. Owwwwmmmm.”

Early in the show, TnT got a call from a listener named Ruth who asked for a little trained counseling from the guys. According to her story, which seemed a bit confusing to the guys even after the counseling session ended, Ruth said she has had sex with a guy a handful of times and so far, the guy has only been able to come to climax twice. She said she has started to wonder if she’s doing something wrong. TnT told her it was most likely the guy because when they asked her if she’s had a similar problem with other men, her answer was no. They advised her to just talk to the guy she’s having sex with and find out if there might be a reason he hasn’t told her of for his non-completion.

Todd and Tyler’s sexual therapy session with Ruth fit in quite well with the remainder of the show because the guys welcomed sex therapist Natasha Terry to the studio at about 7am. For the remainder of the morning, with the exception of the entertainment and sports reports and a call from the Cable Guy, Todd and Tyler spent their time talking with Natasha about a variety of sexually related topics. Natasha shared some details of various sex techniques for both men and women, there was a lot of talk about various “spots” including the “cranky G-spot”, and she discussed some of the common sexual problems couples encounter like when women fake it or when guys who finish too soon. All of this talk lead Todd to ask, “It all looks good on the chalkboard but how does it play out on the field?” Throughout the show, TnT seemed to have quite a good time joking around about what Natasha was saying but luckily, she played along just fine and didn’t mind the guys’ humor.

As the sex talk continued, Natasha continuously plugged her web sites, videos, and funky nipple cream while further discussing sexual techniques. Todd and Tyler took lots of phone calls from listeners who had questions for the sex expert throughout the entire show. Some of the callers were given free 1-week memberships to her web site so they could go on-line and see video clips of the things she described.

In one of the more interesting tidbits of information this morning, Natasha described a “taste shake” for men that would make them “taste better” to their women when getting a Diekman. The ingredients for this Junk Juice Julep are as follows: 1 cup of milk, 1 raw egg, three teaspoons of honey, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves, ¼ teaspoon of ginger. About an hour before receiving a Diekman, if a guy drinks the above concoction, he is supposed to taste better when releasing his hounds.

Towards the end of Natasha’s visit, the guys spent some time discussing a couple of articles from magazines about sex. Cosmo had a list of “Stud Signals” a woman could use by observing a potential lover to determine whether or not he’d be good in the sack. Health and Fitness magazine listed a bunch of sexual factoids that TnT ran by Natasha to see if she agreed with their numbers and findings. For the most part, she did.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning and delivered a commentary on Captain Kangaroo being in the Marines and an assassination attempt on Howdy Doody. Before the call ended, Larry talked with TnT and Natasha about his sexual relations, which at the moment seem to be running a little dry. Stay tuned for more from Larry as TnT wrap up this week.

Travis came in to do sports during the last half of the show. During his sportscast TnT spoke with Creighton baseball coach Jack Daum. Yesterday his Blue Jays defeated UNL and the coach was quite happy about the victory. TnT didn’t make it out to the game and expressed their regret to Jack for missing his big win over the Huskers. Then the gang talked about the 8-3 game in which Creighton threw 7 pitchers before moving on to discuss next Tuesday’s game in Lincoln. There was also a little talk about the regional selection process and the upcoming conference tournament. We’ll be hearing from Coach Daum again in the near future so all of you Creighton baseball fans make sure to keep your dials tuned to the Todd and Tyler show.
