| Wookin Pa Nub ![]() ![]() | TnT show 06-13-2002 Thursday 6-13-02 Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing last nights 60 Minutes 2 on CBS. The show was about the pedophile situation in the Catholic Church and as they talked about it TnT brought up Omahas own Father Herek case taking place now. They mentioned that the church brought in a psychiatrist to testify yesterday who said that the man who was assaulted by Herek was not suffering from Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. The guys said that even though they were never abused, there is no way someone could get abused like that and not have some mental issues to deal with. They ranted for a few minutes on the subject before yelling directly at the Catholic Church, telling them to pony up. Also early in the show, the College World Series was a topic. The guys discussed a couple of the upcoming games and then talked about the mentality of Husker baseball fans once again. Donnie, who will be driving the Chub as a shuttle during the CWS, said that Husker fans didnt tip him last year and from the sounds of it, he didnt think this year would be any different. He then told TnT about kicking a couple of old people off the Chub last year when they said that they didnt listen to Todd and Tyler. It was a pretty funny story. Brian came in to do the news this morning as TnT were discussing a few Barely A Pulse articles in the paper. While Brian read his report, TnT commented on the stories of the day. Afterwards, the guys shifted focus to the topic of sex. As teased late in yesterdays show, this morning the guys spent about an hour and a half discussing the top 100 celebrity nude scenes in movies as compiled by Mr Skin - Celebrating Nudity In Film!. TnT read through the entire list of 100 movies and not only discussed the actors and actresses who were in each film but also the movies themselves, focusing mostly on the nude scenes. They could recall seeing a many of the movies listed, occasionally taking a moment to remember how hot the mentioned scene was. In fact, there were quite a few occasions where one of the guys would admit to having twisted off to the particular movie they were talking about at the time. As they continued, they opened up the phone lines and took calls from listeners who wanted to tell them about the first time they saw boobs in a movie. They also received quite a few calls from female listeners telling them about the various films you could see a guys hog in. Travis came in to do his sports report this morning. Hes going to be moving into an RV down at the CWS for the next week or so and spent some time talking to TnT about that. He seemed mostly to complain of the quality of toilet paper in the RV, so it sounds like Travis will not only be leaving it to come to the Todd and Tyler show each morning, but also to poop and shower up. Earlier in the show, TnT had mentioned the Mexico Vs. Italy soccer game taking place for the World Cup today. Jose from the Spanish speaking station stopped by and said that if Italy beat Mexico, he was going to punch the first Italian he saw. TnT figured that to be James the Giant Peach. Later in the show and after Mexico won, Jose came back in to talk more about the soccer match. Luckily, no riot ensued. Todd and Tyler spoke to Husker baseball player Brandon Eymann today. Hes in town now preparing for the CWS and shared his feelings on being in Omaha again. Brandon mentioned that hell get quite a bit of playing time this year and might even start. He also talked to TnT about his coach, who will most likely be moving to Arkansas after this season, as well as the overall spirit of the team. Brandon said that the team knows TnTs comments are against the bandwagon Husker baseball fans, not the team. Before letting him go, the guys talked a little first base logic with Brandon and tried to convince him to pull the old hide the ball trick at some point during a CWS game. The very busy Chad from Ticket Express talked to TnT this morning about the availability of CWS tickets. He said that hes got tickets available for all sessions and you can purchase them by visiting the web site ticketexpress.com College World Series Nebraska Football Omaha Concert or by phoning 398-1999. Joe Coronia from the Funny Bone joined TnT in studio. He used to work in the clubhouse for the Royals back in the 80s and spent some time discussing the details of what that was like. He had some interesting stories to share, including some pine tar details. He also joined in on the topics of the day and discussed Lincoln Continentals and mob connections, as hes an Italian guy. Joe was very funny and seemed to fit nicely into the Todd and Tyler show format. Check him out at the Funny Bone all weekend by calling 493-8036 for reservations. To wrap up the show, Brian came in with some e-news, which included yet another wedding announcement from the paper that was full of details no one really cares about. Before the guys went off the air, Todd read an e-mail from a listener inquiring about what TnT thought various local news ladies pies looked like, trimmed or bushy. The e-mailer went on to detail his own speculations, which were pretty funny. To avoid getting either TnT or myself in trouble, I wont detail exactly who fell into the trimmed or busy categories. I will say, however, that there was a mention of a goatee pie on one of the local news ladies. Im sure you can figure that one out on your own. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day on the Todd and Tyler show. Donnies new best friend, Scott Frost is scheduled to come by the studio and TnT mentioned that they are going to have a couple of phone interviews as well. Make sure to join them at 5:30am tomorrow as they bring the week to a close. Keep in mind that you can catch this mornings show again tonight at 10pm during the 3rd Shift Replay. Thats it for now. Thanks for watching. Good night. -Corby-
