Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing the Z-Bash photos that have been posted to the Z-92 web site. They’d received some complaint calls about the photos being scrambled but explained that because their company is a legitamate business, they had to scramble some of the photos. They aren’t, after all, running a porn web site and if that’s what their listeners are looking for, there’s plenty of those types of web sites out there. Also related to the photos, the station received some calls yesterday from people who were featured on the web site showing their breasts. Some of the ladies were upset and wanted their pictures removed but due to way the laws are set up, if you flash your boobies in public and someone happens to get it on film, that photo or video is in the public domain. For illustration, TnT referenced the guy who is behind the ‘’Girls Gone Wild’’ videos.

TnT then read over quite a few e-mails from their listeners and touched on a letter from the ‘’Barely A Pulse.’’ The letter was from a man who thought that rape victims shouldn’t be allowed to abortions. TnT weren’t surprised to find out that the man who wrote the letter lives in Bellevue and assumed he’s most likely a Carhart hater. Also during this portion of the show, Todd mentioned that he’s seen a billboard around town featuring Faith Hill with cutoff hands. For one reason or another, Todd posed the question, ‘’Would you rather have sex with a handless Faith Hill or a regular looking lady with hands?’’ It was a rather odd question and kind of out of the blue but it made for some interesting banter several times during this morning’s show.

Brian came in with the news early in the program. As he read through the stories, TnT talked about each of them. One story in particular spawned a lengthy discussion about school dress codes. The news story was about a student who is ¼ Native American. An agreement with his parents regarding his grades last year has allowed the student to give himself a blue Mohawk, as he saw his ancestors wearing in a history book. Upon his first day of school, he was sent home because his hair was considered a distraction, according to the school handbook. Todd and Tyler didn’t like the angle the local news outlets put on the story. It seemed that they were turning this whole thing into an ACLU war, arguing that because the student is ¼ Native American, the school shouldn’t say he can’t cut his hair in what is widely known as a Native American hair style worn by some tribes.

Upon further discussion of the story, TnT both seemed to think that the school was actually right in saying the kid’s hair was a distraction. Pointing out that kids are getting away with more and more these days, the guys said that there needs to be rules in schools. Such as in this case, when the student handbook and principal of the school think a blue Mohawk is distracting, it probably is. A few calls came in from listeners regarding the story and TnT’s point of view. One listener pointed out that the kid doesn’t look Native American. ‘’Since when do Indians have freckles?’’ TnT then saw the photo of the student and said something to the effect of, ‘’If you look like a white kid with freckles, don’t drop the Indian Card.’’

Relating to the dress code / hairstyle topic, Todd phoned his daughter Miranda at school this morning. She’s a freshman at Millard North this year where school has recently started back up. Todd asked his daughter to give them some details of the Millard North dress code as she walked down the halls to her class. Miranda told TnT about many of the things students can’t wear, such as halter-tops, tube tops, baby doll shirts, belly shirts, and more. As she went through the list, TnT both seemed to agree that teenaged girls probably shouldn’t be wearing the types of clothes Todd’s daughter was describing. After all, if dirty old men such as themselves boner over high school chicks dressed that way, the hormone-filled teenage boys they’re going to class with must be chubbing all the time and not getting anything done.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning with a commentary on how the government wants to use NASA technology to put some sort of brainwave scanning system into the airports to check for terrorists. Larry’s take seemed to center around the idea that he doesn’t want the government looking into his porn-like thoughts every time he steps foot in the airport. After Brian’s newscast, TnT’s boss Wex joined them in studio. The gang talked a little bit about the Z-Bash, not having the chance to do so with Wex yesterday because he was ill. The guys then showed Wex the unedited photos of the Queen of the Z-Bash and got a kick out of his on-air response. They asked Wex if there was money in the budget to purchase a ‘’Queen of Z-Bash 2002’’ sash for Nadia, the naked stripper featured in photos they had just shown to him and Wex seemed to think there was.

TnT phoned Todd’s mother this morning to wish her a happy birthday. Tyler had to point out to Todd’s mom that the only reason Todd remembered her birthday is because it takes place the day after Tyler’s. After that, they discussed her recent stop in Omaha, when Todd took her to the Funny Bone to see Lewis Black. His mom said that she really liked the comedy style of Jim Short, the Australian guy, but she thought Lewis Black was too negative. For her birthday, Todd’s mom said that she’s going out to dinner. She then spent a few minutes complaining about Jesse Ventura, her state’s governor.

Todd and Tyler spoke to Sabrina Matthews from the Funny Bone this morning. She checked in from Chicago, where she’s been taking a little bit of a vacation recently. Sabrina is the butch lesbian who will be headlining the Freaky Females show at the Funny Bone this week, including tonight’s Z-92 night with Todd and Tyler. TnT talked with her about being an out lesbian on the comedy circuit and then touched on other lesbians such as Ellen and Rosie. They then discussed the midget comedian she’ll be performing with this weekend. It should be a great show even if you’re not a midget or a lesbian so make sure to get your reservations now. Trav came in with a sports report this morning. TnT spent some time talking about Trav’s Husker suck-up newscast last night and why Trav hates the color purple so much that he had to bash Kansas State. They then moved into a lengthy discussion about the upcoming college football season, which included some talk about fat and boring coaches.

Trav’s sports report spawned a lengthy discussion about college educations. During the sports, TnT talked about an old Creighton player who went all the way through college and could only read on the 3^rd grade level. The guy eventually sued the university and won, having been pushed through classes and passed just so he could play athletics. TnT spent some time talking about their own college years, as did Brian and Donnie. TnT set their sight on UNO once again this morning and poked a little fun at the graduates they know from that school. The conversation continued as TnT discussed going to college for an education vs. to get a job and pondered whether the ‘’well roundedness’’ that one is supposed to get from attending a university actually helps people in the real world. It was determined that it does, depending on the type of job you have.

Jonathon, the station’s photographer for the Z-Bash and the guy responsible for putting all of the Z-Bash photos on the web site stopped by the studio this morning. He spent some time talking with TnT about the Z-Bash and all of the editing he had to do in order to make sure no nipples appeared in the published photographs. Boob smudging technology was discussed at length.

To conclude their show today, TnT phoned Cindy, the sista they spoke to late in the show yesterday. As far as TnT know, she’s the only black girl who digs white guys and on top of that, she’s got a sexy voice. TnT invited her out to Z night at the Bone this evening and Cindy told them that she would probably come even though she has a date. TnT asked if she would be going out with a white guy tonight and she confirmed.
