Todd and Tyler started off their show by talking about the storms that plagued the area last night. Because of all the intrusive weather graphics on the local TV stations, the guys both flipped over to cable networks to enjoy the uninterrupted programming. They eventually flipped back once their cable systems ran an alert crawl over the top of TnT’s HBO. Surprisingly, the guys actually gave Ramby at 7 some props for his performance under pressure last night. From there, the guys read over a couple of e-mails. One of them was written by a somewhat illiterate man who claimed that he doesn’t listen to the show. Tyler struggled to make sense of the man’s ramblings as he read it but understanding the thoughts of an idiot e-mailer proved to be quite difficult. They then read another that while seeming to be a hate e-mail, actually turned out to be a rather sarcastic slam on everyone who hates TnT’s show and takes the time to e-mail them about it.

Brian came in with the news this morning, which TnT discussed as he read through each story. He also mentioned that his back cist is getting taken off today so throughout the remainder of the show, memories of Brian’s cist were shared. Black Tony had also joined TnT by this point in the program. With him he brought a CD featuring a rap song called ‘’Weak Ass Bitch’’ that TnT found rather amusing. Donnie then morphed the tune into a redneck version, which TnT played clips of several times this morning. Other than saying his woman stayed up late to catch last night’s 3^rd Shift Replay of yesterday’s show, Tony didn’t have much else to say when TnT asked him if she was still mad at him for his alleged flirting at the Z-Bash.

TnT spent some time talking about the newest Playboy issue featuring the girls of the Big 12, which included 5 hotties from UNL. The guys read over the names of the local hotties and selected their favorites from the group. They also said that they would be willing to pay any of the Playboy hotties some money from the Prize Closet if they would be willing to come and hang out with TnT at a Monday Night Football game. Although they made repeated requests to hear from the girls featured in the Playboy issue throughout the remainder of the show, none of them phoned in.

Democratic candidate for Congress, Jim Simon joined TnT after the news. He’s up against Lee Terry for District 2. Jim spent some time talking with the guys about his history in politics, which included some work done in DC for GW1. He eventually left the dark side of Republicanism and became a Democrat. He then discussed his points of view on several political issues and covered his business background, which included work at Omaha Steaks, a company owned by his family. All in all, Jim seemed like a pretty cool guy.

TnT spoke to Kara Rovere of Channel 6 this morning. She recently went up with the Blue Angels, something Todd got to do several years ago, and she phoned in to discuss her experience with the guys. Unlike Todd who passed out at 6.9 Gs, Kara remained awake during the whole flight. She also talked with TnT about growing up in Sturgis, SD, where she happened to be calling from this morning. TnT asked Kara if her parents would let them rent out her old room next year during the motorcycle rally so they could do a live show from the event, and Kara seemed to think they wouldn’t mind. Before letting her go, Donnie worked up a hilarious sound effect of a jet flying overhead, punctuated with the sounds of a juicy fart. This was done all in tribute to Kara’s good spirit regarding Todd and Tyler’s now classic fart lighting newscasters bit.

Todd and Tyler spoke to an actor named John Sayda this morning. He has appeared in a variety of TV and movie rolls including Salina’s husband in ‘’Salina’’, Brad Pitt’s cellmate in ‘’12 Monkeys’’ (one of the best Sci-Fi movies of the 90s), as well as in the pilot for HBO’s ‘’OZ’’. He’s also in a new movie being released today called ‘’Undisputed’’ which centers on the lives of some boxers in jail. He gave a lengthy description of the film and then talked with TnT about some of the other rolls he’s had. John even got to make out with J. Lo while filming ‘’Salina’’. He seemed pretty cool and if you’re not into boxing prison movies, you can catch him narrating the 6^th episode of the new season of ‘’OZ’’ on HBO this fall.

Travis came in with a sports report this morning. Shortly after his arrival, TnT were joined by their old news chick Lisa Volenec. The guys gave Lisa a healthy about of crap for coming all the way back to Nebraska from Arizona just to watch the Huskers play ASU. They also gave her a hard time about rooting for the Huskers even though she is an ASU grad. It was good to hear Lisa back in the studio with TnT again. Oh yea, Travis’s Lock Of The Week is ASU getting 22 against the Huskers. And in a new feature to the show, Travis gave his pick for Saint Of The Week. Today he selected Gabriel the Arch Angel who is supposedly the patron saint of radio workers.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in this morning with a commentary on how he was approached at a mall after coming out of Victoria’s Secret and asked a bunch of questions about whether or not he thought we should nuke Iraq. More from Larry next week so stay tuned.

Sabrina Matthews from the Funny Bone joined TnT later in the show. Because she’s a lesbian, a majority of the discussion during her visit this morning centered around that, although TnT did point out that Sabrina’s comedy show doesn’t dwell on carpet munching that much. TnT discussed Sabrina’s youth and when she realized she dug chicks, covered her experiences with both men and women, discussed when she began to grind one out, and more. They then plopped down the new Playboy in front of her. Initially, she didn’t seem that interested in the porn but she eventually got around to picking one of her favorites.

Sabrina also spent some time discussing pie shaving. She didn’t seem to understand why men dig shaved pies so she asked TnT to explain it to her. They couldn’t really pinpoint exactly why most men find it so hot either. Following that discussion, Sabrina asked TnT to help her find a Drag King to MC Monday’s Gay show at the Bone. She explained exactly what a Drag King is and discussed the differences between those types of ladies and transgender people. Sabrina was not only very funny but pretty damn smart, too. She didn’t seem to mind any of Todd and Tyler’s questions about her sexuality and for the most part, she actually sounded like she was having a blast hanging out with TnT today. To conclude the show, Brian came in with an entertainment report. Due to the fact that there wasn’t much going on for him to report on, Brian gave a couple of celebrity birthdays and then wrapped up with a cheerful story about a Thailand man who was busted for humping his dead girlfriend’s corpse. There’s nothing like a story about a necrophiliac who isn’t arrested for rape to bring the weekend into full swing. Maybe when they cut Brian open this afternoon, they’ll find that the cist is actually a little pouch of pure evil and once removed, the necrophilia and dead baby stories might disappear from his news reports.
