Monday 11-4-02

Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing their weekends. Todd went to the Husker game on Saturday and smoked some pot in the Champion’s Club with a ‘’mid to upper level donor.’’ He seemed quite pleased to finally have witnessed an at-home loss, something he’s been waiting for ever since he arrived in town more than 9 years ago. Tyler didn’t attend the game but instead watched it from his Kansas State room. Both the guys agreed that it was a good game and seemed to think that Solich made the right call in having Lord attempt a pass on the last play instead of kicking the field goal on 3^rd down. They took some calls on the game and then moved into a discussion about last night’s episode of HBO’s ‘’The Sopranos’’. That spawned a rather interesting, yet disturbing, discussion about dripping hot wax on one’s scrotum.

BW came in with the news a little later in the show. The gang discussed earthquakes, 42-pound cists, the Saturday night motor cross crash at the new Council Bluffs arena, and infected McDonalds playpen balls. He then wrapped up the news with a terrible story about a guy in public office (I believe) who said his state (NY) could get rid of their stray cat problem by drowning kitty cats. It seems Brian’s replaced the dead kid stories with animal abuse stories lately.

The guys received an e-mail from a female listener asking them exactly what the definition of a ‘’good woman’’ is. The e-mail was spawned by last Friday’s show in which one particular caller phoned in and ranted about losing his girlfriend due to mistakes he had made. Todd and Tyler then brainstormed ideas about what qualities they feel would be found in a ‘’good woman.’’ Some of them included that she not be a big flirt, she must get along with your friends, she can’t be a hammer head or junky, she shouldn’t expect you to read her mind, she can make a decision, she has a couple bucks in her wallet, she must enjoy both ends of oral sex, she can’t be a Husker freak, and more.

They opened up the phone lines and throughout the remainder of the show, they took calls from their listeners who wanted to chime in on their ‘’good woman’’ brainstorming session. During this time, the gang got into an argument with BW. He seemed grossed out by the ‘’must be able to fart in front of her’’ quality that Todd and Tyler both agreed was important. They went round and round on it for a bit and in the end, the ‘’she has to love the smell of your bung’’ criteria was set in stone.

Larry the Cable Guy checked in today and talked with TnT about his upcoming visit to Lincoln this Friday night. He also joined in on the ‘’good woman’’ discussion and we all found out that a good woman to Larry ‘’spreads her butt hole’’. He didn’t deliver a commentary today but after the butt hole remarks, there’s no way he could have topped himself. Stay tuned for more from Larry as the week moves on.

Travis came in with the sports report. He talked about the Husker game with TnT for a bit, and seemed to agree with TnT that Solich made the right call at the end of the game by having Lord attempt a pass. It was Lord’s fault for throwing into double coverage and blowing the Huskers’ chance to win. The gang then discussed the changes made to Trav’s gravy ring, which has evidentially left him looking slimmer on TV.

Todd and Tyler spoke to Paul Gilmartin and Lisa Kushell from TBS’s ‘’Dinner and a Movie’’ program that will air tonight on Cox channel 27. They talked a little about how long each has been on the show and then brought out the bio sheet for Lisa. TnT read over several of Lisa’s past work experiences, which seemed to freak her out, and then talked about why Lisa didn’t seem all that proud of her body of work. Paul joined in on the discussion as well, which eventually got onto TnT’s topic of the day, ‘’good woman’’ criteria. Both shared their views and then the interview wrapped up. BW returned later in the show with the entertainment report. During the e-news, we found out that Robert DiNero is good, Spiderman made a ton of cash, VHS tapes are outdated, ‘’Scarface’’ kicks ass, and ‘’Urban Cowboy’’ is one of the best movies ever. A lengthy ‘’Urban Cowboy’’ round robin of movie lines then took place, followed by some discussion of ‘’An Officer and A Gentleman’’. TnT also discussed the current interest rate of one’s sock drawer before BW wrapped up the e-news with a horrible story about an up and coming rapper who got all jacked up on PCP and ate some woman’s lungs.

The guys will be out at Brewsky’s tonight for another installment of Monday Night Football. Wear your Texas Longhorns gear tonight or bring a stain stick for your chance to qualify for tonight’s Best Buy TV giveaway. Be advised that your stain stick might come in direct contact with ass juice stains on Todd’s jeans.

Tomorrow Todd and Tyler are scheduled to speak to Jeff Foxworthy from the Blue Collar tour and you never know what else might take place so don’t miss it. That’s it for today’s update.
