Todd and Tyler started off this morning’s show by talking about a comment Big Pussy made to Tyler before they went on the air. Big P saw a bit of video of the most recent dodge ball game that showed Tyler angrily saying, ‘’Big Pussy sucks!’’ Pussy, semi-jokingly, told Tyler that he was mean. After thinking about it, Tyler said that he felt bad about being so mean to Pussy and blamed his anger on the stress of this year’s dodge ball season. Both Todd and Tyler agreed that they don’t mind being dicks when it comes to their radio careers, it’s their livelihood after all, but the dodge ball season has turned their competitive nature into something much more malicious. They both concurred that they’re glad this is the farewell tour, jokingly (sort of) promising only to come back for another season if their management pays them upwards of $10k for next season.

Also early in the show, Todd and Tyler took a call from a listener that wants to put them in a short independent film he’s written with a buddy of his called ‘’Budah Man’’. He explained to Todd and Tyler that he wants them just to play themselves, stating that their voices over the radio will be integrated into the plot of the movie; a man finds out about the death of a child while listening to TnT and then investigates the murder. The listener also said that he would like to get some footage of Todd and Tyler in studio talking about the made-up murder so he can incorporate it into the film. TnT sounded excited about the prospect and told the listener, I’ve forgotten his name, to get in touch with them down the road. That’s right, Todd and Tyler might not just have ‘’Spooge’’ in their film repertoire, they might have ‘’Budah Man’’ as well. TnT phoned yesterday’s winner of the Vegas Trip to congratulate him on his Party Plane slot. Larry, a Vegas virgin, plans to take his wife and seemed quite excited to have won this year after failing in years past. TnT then mentioned one or two of today’s Vegas tunes to listen for before moving on.

BW came in with the news a bit later in the show. The big story of the morning was a tale about a local transmission shop manager that told a 25-year-old woman that he’d do the repairs on her van for a Diekman instead of the cash. The lady was a bit freaked out, left the shop, and later called the guy back. She was able to get him to repeat his proposition over the phone, which she recorded and turned over to police. The man was fined $75 for his actions. Todd and Tyler then spent the remainder of the newscast discussing the situation. They wondered exactly what the guy did wrong, taking calls from some of their lawyer listeners who were happy to remind them about those pesky solicitation and prostitution laws. Then some listeners phoned TnT with similar barter-sex stories. Other listeners checked in from that point and they all seemed to be looking for loopholes, ways that one might be able to get away with offering up sexual favors for services. BW, a small business owner in his own right, jumped in on the conversation, looking for loopholes as well. It was hilarious.

After the news, TnT spent some time talking about a story Joe Jordan from KM3 did last night about an Arab-looking guy taking photos of the new First National tower downtown. They got Joe on the phone to discuss the story. Basically, some time back in the fall, someone spotted an Arab-looking guy photographing the First National tower. The story died, though, before any of the local news stations could get further details. Just last week, though, another Arab-looking man was spotted taking photos of the federal courthouse building downtown, which brought back the original story from the fall. After getting the details from Joe Jordan, TnT took a phone call from a listener with further information. He claimed that he and his wife actually followed the Arab-looking guys back in the fall and turned in their license plate numbers to the police. All in all, it was a very interesting story that we should all be aware of. I’m sure we’ll hear more about this Arab photographer in the future; keep your eyes out.

Travis came in with this morning’s sports report, which seemed to consist mostly of a discussion about drinking early in the morning. Travis also mentioned that he’s bringing back Travia tonight on the KM3 newscast. After the sports, Todd and Tyler spent some time going over a list of the 100 greatest movie scenes of all time, as chosen by Premier magazine. They read over a few examples from the list as well as some examples sent to them by e-mailers in order to help the listeners get the idea of the list. For the most part, the listeners caught on and phoned or e-mailed with suggestions of what they felt should be on the official top 100. Some listeners, though, seemed to focus not on the greatest scenes in movies, but on great 1-liners. TnT scolded those fools viciously. Somehow during this discussion, the concept of collecting as many anal rape movie scenes as possible came up. Within minutes, TnT had compiled at least 5 great anal rape scenes, with more coming in as the show progressed.

Emo Philips from the Funny Bone stopped in late in today’s show and spent the last hour or so of their program hanging out with the guys. It’s hard to explain Emo’s time with Todd and Tyler. You see, he really doesn’t converse like a normal person. Any time TnT asked him any sort of question or attempted to bring him into the conversation, Emo would go off on a joke of some sort. I don’t know, he just doesn’t converse like your average person. He’s funny as hell, don’t get me wrong, but he’s freak’n weird (I mean that in a good way). You’ll be able to see Emo at the Funny Bone tonight for Z-92 night with Todd and Tyler as well as throughout the remainder of the weekend. Call the Bone Phone at 493-8036 for reservations. BW returned later in the show with today’s e-news segment. During the e-news segment, Brian read over a variety of stories while Emo was just being Emo and Todd-n-Tyler took more phone calls on anal rape scenes in various films. By the end of the show, TnT had 11 anal rape scenes listed, while they were sure there were plenty more escaping the collective minds of the listeners. Brian wrapped up the e-news by reading over a kicker story Todd had given him that consisted of a bunch of hideous animal cruelty tales.
