| Wookin Pa Nub ![]() ![]() | TnT Show 04-22-2003 Tuesday 4-22-03 Todd and Tyler started off their show this morning by discussing Travs first For What Its Worth only newscast last night on the KM3 news. Todd got sloshed on a bottle of wine so he fell asleep before Travs appearance. Tyler got to see it and said that Trav looked good. The gang then moved on to discuss last nights premier of Mr. Personality on Fox. Both of the guys watched a majority of the show and had a lot to say about not only the show itself, but also those appearing on it. The massive quantity of gigantic teeth seemed to be what TnT focused on most, though, as nearly all of the men appearing on the program had bigole gators onem. TnT also both agreed that Monica Lewinskys roll on the show is worthless. Also early in the show, TnT read over a letter sent to them by a man named Bob from Battle Creek, NE. Bobs letter was a bit scatterbrained and seemed to be filled with threats to not only TnT but also their kin. After reading the disturbing letter, the guys discussed turning it over to the police, stating that such threats are against the law. BW returned to the show this morning after being gone yesterday spending time with family. He kicked off the newscast with some talk about the Amber Alert System and then moved on to give his review of the Cher show he attended over the weekend. At one point, BW was describing all of the homosexual people in the audience and how he seemed to be dressed very similarly. At that moment, BW stated that he thought to himself, Im friggin gay. Well, he happened to say it out loud this morning and it stuck to the tape, making frequent appearances throughout the rest of todays show and, most likely, in every show from here on out. Also during the news, the gang discussed the war for a bit, there was a lengthy conversation about downed fairies, there was a story about a whacky, crazy dog named Lucky, and BW concluded todays newscast with a heartwarming story about 26 children stung by Africanized bees during an Easter egg hunt. Welcome back BW! After the news, TnT reset a conversation from yesterday about gay 3-somes. After some talk abut the most recent Six Feet Under episode that featured a gay 3-some, the guys took a call late in yesterdays show. The caller told them that its called being air locked when youve got both a mouth and butt full of man. TnT loved the term, discussed it a bit yesterday while trying to figure out the dynamics of a gay 3-some, and then reset the story this morning by replaying yesterdays air locked description call. That led to some phone calls from listeners and the gang pondering the validity of temporary gayness. The guys also re-read the letter from hateful Battle Creek Bob and spent quite a bit of time reading e-mails and taking phone calls from listeners who wanted to discuss his letter. Travis came in a bit later in the show and spent some time talking about last nights first For What Its Worth segment. He seemed pleased at the turnout and talked with TnT about some of the stats he used to back up 3s decision to scrap their past sports department and shift Trav to his new position. There was some feedback to discuss as well. Following that, Trav did this mornings sports report, which consisted of some talk about cork moisture. The gang also discussed a possible Todd and Tyler Triathlon, drinking a bottle of wine, some tequila, and a party ball. Some of the Fish Heads and a Lava Rocket checked in to offer up their skills in the TnT Triathlon. Surprise, drunk band guys. TnT spoke to Jim Cantore from the Weather Channel this morning. Hes the host of Storm Stories so he shared some insight on the topics covered recently on the show. He also talked with TnT about why the rain doesnt actually help the drought and briefly touched on why its so damn windy in Nebraska. The gang also spent some time talking about pregnant Weather Channel hotties, Jims schedule on the network, his outside field reports, the myth that tornados dont hit cities, and Jim told TnT all about getting some freaky love e-mails from gay men. It was yet another interesting chat with Jim today. If the weather brings him near the Omaha area to chase storms this spring/summer, he told TnT that hed like to stop in and hang out with the guys for a bit. Later in the show, TnT continued their discussion of last nights premier of Mr. Personality. They also continued discussing the letter from Battle Creek Bob, gay 3-somes, and they led into the e-news segment by playing their hit, Russian Submarine. While in the e-news segment, the gang discussed generational acting families, the classmates web site being turned into a TV show, reality TV, and BW read over todays Who the hell is that? Before wrapping up the show, TnT phoned BWs step mom (whos younger than they are) to ask her if she and BWs dad would like to stop up to the show tomorrow for a visit before they leave town. She seemed up on the idea, even though she stated she has been warned about TnT. The guys were able to tell that BWs step mom is pretty cool and asked her to confirm that his dad was cool as well, which she did. So tune in tomorrow for a little taste of why BW is the way he is. Well, thats todays update. Tune in tonight at 10pm for the 3rd Shift Replay and make sure to rejoin the guys tomorrow at 5:30am for the busy Wednesday show. Thanks for watching. Good night. -Corby- |
