i took a job in lincoln in june of '99 and started listening to them then. i lived in maryville, mo (just out of z's listening area) and would listen from rock port to lincoln when i first took the job. i got everything moved to lincoln in august and it actually took me a couple months to warm up to their style of humor. i would just listen on my 15 minute commute and when i would be driving for business for the next couple of years. sometime in 2002 i started turning them on first thing in the morning and at work i could listen to them on line at the time. i met them on a couple of occasions and would call and email occasionally. the summer of 2003 i got more aquainted with them and started to call and email more frequently. the rest is bad phone call history.
