I listened to the show this morning and would like to add a little input on Rod Kush. I live in the neighborhood behind that jerks house. He said we are five hundred yards away and it would almost be impossible to hear the music he had playing. Not quite. One of my neighbors was sitting on his front porch with a few friends listening to the free concert with all the clarity of being there in person. It actually went on until almost one a.m. which I think is a little excessive. He also said the hundred kids was overblown. I can personally attest to a least a dozen kids running through my yard about the time his little m.i.p. party got broken up. I am sure kids drinking pepsi's all night always run from the cops. Any other witnesses want to interject.

I rode in a rental car to Fremont Monday night, and dumped the empty beer cans in the Rod Kush trash can by Sid Dillons in Fremont. They hadn't dumped the trash so I had to set the empty Busch Lights on top of the trash. Somebody working there probably thought it was some kind of joke.

That's all I have to add to the story. I haven't been keeping up on it.

IVE GOT NO PROBLEM WITH ROD KUSH THROWING A WING DING OF A PARTY AND LOOKING THE OTHER WAY WHILE A FEW MINORS HAVE A FEW DRINKS AND A GOOD TIME........GOD FORBID THOSE KIDS HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME AT THE RICH KIDS HOUSE AND MAYBE CATCH A BUZZ ........ACCORDING TO THE COPS AND ROD KUSHS NEIGHBORS THOSE KIDS SHOULD BE UP AT THE SCHOOL GYM DRINKING KOOLAID AND DANCING TO SOME BOGUS ASS MUSIC DJ.......KILLJOYS .......SORRY

I find it ironic to serve alcohol to a high school graduation party. It's one thing to have your child's friends over and serve them as long as they don't leave, but an all-out bash.

I don't disagree, but the odds of Kush's kids ever having to do any work or serve our country are slim to none. Maybe, the law should be - if everything is handed to you on a silver platter, you should pay for the rest of us to drink.

I know it would never see the light of day - even if we could convince Senator Chambers to submit a bill on our request, it would kicked out in the second round because the lobbyist for the 'High and Mighty Wealthy Assholes' club would overpower the Bud lobbyist.

I think the main problem I have with this whole thing is his attitude about the whole thing. He will tell you how his brother was killed by a drunk driver and he is a contributor to MADD and then say this whole thing is overblown. The guy is a jerk who treats everyone he speaks to like they are beneath him. Try meeting the guy just once and tell me he is a good guy. The guy is a douchebag.
