I think this post works into the 'show' area. I hate to say it but I listen to Tom Becka now and then. Today (that station) had a fund raiser for. Well KM3 was there so Travis was there as well. Some one from (that other radio station) say Travis and asked him to come on air. Travis simple said no thanks Im on another station. Becka got pissed off and started trashing Todd and Tyler I think he said 'What TnT wont let you or will get pissed off' The lady on the show said 'why are we even talking about 'those nasty Guys' this went on and on for like 10 minutes. Total TnT bashing. Travis did call back and went on air but dame TnT had nothing to do with it, and (that other station)just keep on them. Im sure we all will hear about it tomorrow. Tune in it should be fun.

Becka also gave out Travis' For what it worth Phone number. said something like everyone should call and let Travis know how much of an ass he is. So I think its only fitting that we all email becka and let him know what we think.

I am sure we will hear all about it today on the show. Sounds like Travis did the right thing - called a boss first. Maybe by another radio show Travis meant HIS show - not the TnT show.

Joe called in and said that Becka didn't trash Todd and Tyler. He was just giving Travis a hard time.
I guess we need to wait for Travis to show up.

Uhh...before you do that, isn't it true that TnT bash other radio hosts/show on a daily basis? Shouldn't they be able to take it just as much as they dish out?

I am confused about the 'synergy' between Clear Channel and Journal but can't they put down the corporate guns for a day to help in a joint relief effort?

bigredtank - I am not sure who your comments are directed at.

Wouldn't that be a nice place if the corporations could just get along - or if political parties could agree on something that would actually benefit human welfare. The important thing is that both are doing what they can to help - joined or separate does it really matter?

I don't see why Trav not wanting to go on the air at KFAB had to do with any radio business. Why does Trav need a reason? There were enough people there to talk to other than him. To me, it sounds like that KFAB wanted to captialize on the success of TnT, Trav, Big Sports 590, etc. :)

My point is that there was no contractual restriction for Travis to go on Becka's show, it was for a valid and important purpose, and the powers that be had already cleared Sara Simmons to go on (A Journal employee). Nut up and go on is what I'm saying. My other point is that before you become critical of Becka, look no further than TnT who make fun of other shows all the time. He who casts stones and glass houses etc...The bottom line is that don't go off on Becka for doing the same schtick as TnT.

Ah heck, do it anyway.

Huh??? I was just under the impression he couldn't talk to another station thast isn't owned by Journal.Just like trying to get anybody from the NU program to talk.It'll never happen because Z-92 isn't a Pinnacle channel. B)

be careful of knocking the show on this site, from I've read in the past topics and shit, the people here will get all defensive.
