NICE glad someone caught it. Actually I enjoy watching him get fired up. it's kinda entertaining. I remember at halftime of the pitt game, he was walking back to the lockerroom, and a reporter said 'let's talk about your offense', he just replied, 'Let's NOT!'

Last night I was watching the Coach Callahan show and when it came to the play that caused all the uproar, Jim Rose was talking and all Callahan said was something like 'I can't talk about that'. I was falling asleep, so I didn't catch it exactly.

well I saw the throat slash and I agree with M it appears he says fuck it, so it will be intersting to see what comes out of this. I also find it interesting that once agian after the OU game CLANAHAN finds himself in some the middle a little bit of controversy...remember the hillbilly comments last year ? This is a classy guy huh....:blink:

Hmm I don't remember seeing.....oh yeah I wasn't watching the huskers(bunch of fags). Screw Callahan, screw his west coast offense, and screw the Huskers! Does anyone even know what the hell the west coast offense is! Funny I never even heard those words in the same breath before Callahan came around! Now that is all I hear west coast offense this, west coast offense that, SHUT THE F*CK UP!!! It is just something that was made up to impress all of these brain washed husker fans!!!!

In 1999 the NFL outlawed the gesture and made it a 15 yard penalty and a $2,500 fine..

But since this is not the NFL and it is Nebraska he will get away with being publicly reprimanded (something like that). No fine, no apology.. Oh wait he was still an ass in the interview last night when they asked him about it- saying that he said everything on Tuesday.

Okay first I want to make it clear I am not defending him, I am not a fan of his, but I think the camera angle has a lot to do with this and making it look like something more than what it is but then again I could be wrong since I tend to be wrong a lot but who knows.
