First, the server host doesn't allow it. All it takes is one person to complain to the host, and they'll give a warning, but that's all you'll get.

Secondly, a lot of people visit and use this site at their work, and if the site is flagged as having pornography, then they'll block it through their firewall.

that makes a lot of sence...so is it basically that a little nudity may be ok just no blatent porno shots? thats fine because i come here mostly at work so...i dont want it flagged.

That's what has worked for me in the past. Not trying to be self righteous, just don't want the hassle of having to negotiate that type of stuff with my host, and I don't want the site blocked from people.
