Just to let everyone know. This isn't a shocker, but the World Herald said nothing about the roast last night.

I would imagine that it would be on at 10...it seems most of their in-depth stories run at the later one (for example, I think I remember that the iPods with porn and the sexual predator "live" segments ran at 10pm.)

There were a couple of insults directed toward that shallow piece of shit excuse for a newspaper, and its matching husker suck up at the roast, surprising.

And then they have some poor mook in a Baker's trying to sell me a subscription, like a homeless guy begging for bus fare.

"Didn't you just buy the qwest buildling for 25 million? Did you just build a new printing facility and parking garage for no apparent reason because subscriptions are down? Haven't you doubled the price of your paper in the last 5-10 years?"

I almost wanted to bring out all my Franklin Coverup ammunition, but I really needed a diet dew in the store.
