If you've tried putting T&T's feed into a real podcast feed reader, you've discovered it's the wrong format.

I made a feedburner feed for the show here:

Todd N Tyler Show - Z-92

If you put this into your podcast software, it should discover the segments and download them for you.

I verified that it worked for today, let's just hope it keeps working tomorrow :)

Thanks, the Z92 MP3's are more of an RSS news feed than podcast feed. Eventually, I hope they add better descriptions to the segments, but beggars can't be choosers

It looks like they messed up the last few segments of today's (10/4) segments. the official page doesn't work, tntu's mirror doesn't work, and the feedburner feed doesn't work either. D'oh!

I see that now. Is there anyway to find the specific .rss feed address, or are they not posting that way? I use iTunes, so I've been trying to find the address (to no avail)...

Tony, how would you suggest making iTunes recognize the podcast feed? I cannot find the TnT show currently in the podcast directory, and another way I know of doing it is directly entering the .rss address (Go to "Advanced," "Subscribe to Podcast...")--but I don't have the specific address (if there is one)

If you would, please let me know how to go about doing this (I can and have been listening to them manually, but I would enjoy if iTunes could do all the work for me)

We are aware of the itunes snafu. The brain trust at corporate are working on it as we speak! As soon as we have a solution we let you know. It has to do with the way we are currently uploading the show.

On the Z site, the date under Segment 7 is wrong...perhaps it would be easier to just put the date once at the top of the page, rather than having to remember to change it every time in each segment?

Don't mind me...I just say things without thinking of the consequences it has on others

For now just use the feedburner.com feed I posted. They take z92's official feed, look for the audio files, and insert the proper <enclosure> XML fields to make it into a bona fide podcast.

Well my iTunes isn't cooperating like you are saying it should...it says the URL provided points to text-only episodes or contain file types it cannot play. Of course, I just updated to iTunes 7 last week (maybe that has some relevance)

That's way weird. Todd N Tyler Show - Z-92 has the appropriate <enclosure> tags. It doesn't have the iTunes-specific extensions, but those aren't (shouldn't be?) required. Can you try another podcast aggregator? Works fine in Juice for me.

Try this out:
Juice, the cross-platform podcast receiver.

You don't have to keep using juice if you don't want to, but just install it and see if it cooperates with the feed, so we know for sure.
