I remember early on, Jeremy quipped an "Empire Strikes Back" reference and Tyler quickly replied that that's not what it's referring to at all. Sorry Tyler, but that's what a lot of people think when they hear the word "empire". Not everyone, many. Empire also seems like they are proclaiming premature victory before the ratings even come in. Self-proclaimed observations can mean the exact opposite. I mean, look at Rush Limbaugh's "Excellence In Broadcasting". What part of that idiot is excellent? Empire sounded like a name they had to come up with at the spur of the moment. Toad |
