A Great New Beginning In Wichita Radio
Wichita, Kan. – Long-time 104.5 The Fox air personality Ron Eric Taylor is leaving Wichita to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky. Taking his position on The Fox’s long-running Jan and Ron morning show will be Wichita native and broadcast veteran, Phil Thompson.

Says Taylor, “I want to thank all the people who have listened to the show over the years and, of course, my ‘partner in crime’ Jan Harrison who is a tremendous talent and like a part of my family.” Jan and Ron have been morning partners for over 20 years in Wichita.

Phil Thompson was most recently on KFXJ sister station, KICT(T-95) as half of the “Phil and Hank Show.” Thompson says he looks forward to stepping into an already successful morning show and working with long-time friend and colleague, Jan Harrison.

Taylor’s last day on the air in Wichita will be December 13. Harrison, Taylor and Thompson will work together as a morning “trio” from now through the 13th.
