There was a discussion about how (a few years ago), when people were thinking Colin Powell could be a good presidential candidate "because he's articulate", and Chris Rock had a good bit about what a back handed compliment that is.

Romo's phone call was actually pretty good, he didn't hide from any questions, and said that the few regrets had had from the NFL was spitting on J.J. Stokes, and using "a substance" toward the end of his career. A caller had mentioned it was GBH.

Romo's websites are Nutrition 53's Get Neuro 1 and Ask Romo. He said anybody can ask him anything about nutrition and he'll answer it.

I tried to get a "free sample" of Romo's stuff from his web site, but you have to enter your credit card information just to get the "free sample", and I don't trust Romo enough with that information. At least I game him a fake phone number and email.

Yeah thats a smart business man for you.

People are not going to ship something to you, for free as well. Then, add a few dollars and thats how they cover their costs of the product. Its all in the advertising.

Its like McDonalds during monopoly. Sure, you win a FREE fry but who the hell goes to McD's for a free fry? You end up getting a burger and maybe a softdrink with it too.

I understand why they charge the S&H, but that doesn't technically make it free either. It is a great deal though if you are a fan of his or interested in his story.
