That was in reference to the fact that the rest of us didn't know the answers to the questions on the show "Are you smarter than a fifth grader?"
(for those of you that don't know - Higgins was part of a round table that they had)..

They asked Higgins about the quote "All stupid people are conservative".

It was nice to her Higgins on the radio again..

I am a junkie. I was waiting for the podcasts and nothing showed up. Thus, I had a bad day at work, did not have anything to listen on my ipod, besides the crap I already had there, and the day went slow.

I feel robbed. I did not get my entertainment for the day.

Hey All,

Sorry about the lack of a podcast for today. We were having some network issues at the station today and things weren't cooperating with me. Seriously, I tried all afternoon to get that damn thing to upload, but the computer gods were not smiling upon me apparently. We had email problems too, so it wasn't just the podcast. I guess the snow had an adverse effect on the computers in our building or something. Again, not intentionally trying to deny you guys, just couldn't make it happen. Sorry. Hopefully things will be cleared up by tomorrow.

Actually, I just finished listening to it and segments #10 & #11 are not from Thursday. Segment #10 is from Wednesday and segment #11 is from the previous Thursday, with John Beesley & Medicine Hat.

Nothing new. The podcasts are usually screwed up on a daily basis. I'm just glad they even put up as much of Thursday's show as they did. At least we got the "Empire version". I can live without the local stuff for a day.
