I was listening this morning, and there was an audio clip of Bill O'Reilly falling for the "Jack MeHoff" joke. Anyone have a link to that clip?

I was listening yesterday, and there was an audio clip of some older guy making a phone call to the police. He had just shot his wife, and said some funny shit. Anyone have a link to that clip?

If you really listen to the whole thing it isn't funny just really fucked up.. I understand why the guys play it.. but funny?? A woman died her husband shot her - It just shows how fucked up some people are..
I was able to listen to it.. but now the link is dead. I can PM dave and see if he can post the mp3 on the site.

I probably thought it was funny, though, from the 911 operator's stand point. There's another job that I wouldn't want to have... But I sure hope the guy gets what is coming to him.

I'm a 911 operator and to me, it really doesn't get to me. We have to be sick like that I guess...but if it was someone I knew personally I might have handle it a different way.
That would be a crazy to call to deal with!

at some of the stories, I would be too. But on others I would become an accomplice, because I'd tell whoever to shoot them back or beat the piss out them.

Seriously, I think most of us would kind of half-laugh because...what do you do in that instance? We would laugh out of speechlessness and to deal with the death, and his behavior immediately following the shooting

I dunno, I've had to call 911 for incidences on two of my children... I never wanted to be on either end of that line but Kuddos to the operator who helped me save their lives.

I haven't listened to this audio.

I would have to say the best 911 call I had..... A trucker called in after leaving a truck stop because they wouldn't cook his steak the way he wanted it. He said the cops have better things to do that worry about how he eats his steak.
After about 2 minutes of handling the call professionally, I had to advise him that we don't care how he likes it cooked or if he eats it raw!
IDIOT!

Thought I would share that one.
